After a wonderful first leg of the 2012 TOURPOCALYPSE U.S. Tour, John and the team at Rotellini Entertainment & Deisgn will be taking a couple of weeks off to re-work portions of the show, recharge their batteries and get ready for round two! During the brief hiatus, John is very proud to announce that he has partnered with Wapiyapi, a phenomenal program offering hope and support to families with childhood cancer.

"Wapiyapi is a Colorado based nonprofit organization that offers a community of hope and support to families affected by childhood cancer. Wapiyapi hosts free summer camps and year-round family retreats to provide a respite for children with cancer and their families.

Wapiyapi was established in 1998 by University of Colorado medical students in order to help children with cancer. As of 2011, their annual summer camps and retreats have served over 1,100 children in a safe and nurturing environment that allows these patients and their families to understand that they do not face their challenges alone.

Besides filling both of their summer camp sessions to capacity of 160 campers, Wapiyapi conducts retreats for families and now offers Spanish-speaking programs. Wapiyapi applies its resources as effectively as possible to meet the many needs of the pediatric oncology community in Colorado."*

John is very excited to donate his time and talents to help make what is known as "The Best Week of the Year" even better for the fantastic children and staff at Wapiyapi. John will be acting as a "Supercompanion" during his time at Wapiyapi and looks forward to interacting with many of the camp's participants during the various activities held throughout the week.

During the week, campers may also be enjoying a special series of workshops conducted by John, as well as a very special series of performances by John and some very special assistants.
