There’s no place quite like it. Wyoming, the best of the West. From beautiful mountain peaks to expansive prairies, the state has a lot of extraordinary scenery to take in and explore. The adventure doesn’t stop there, though. Wyoming is filled with kind, generous and genuine people who know how to not only work hard but play hard, too.
With that in mind, Black Tooth Brewing Company has created a brand new product - 307, named for the greatest state in the United States.
To celebrate the launch of 307, as well as all those who make Wyoming special, Black Tooth Brewing Company and headlining entertainer, John Rotellini have partnered to create the Magic of the West. This collection of special events and giveaways is designed to spread even more magic and help make a difference in the Sheridan community by supporting CHAPS - Children, Horses and Adults in PartnerShip (CHAPS) who are dedicated to helping individuals in our community learn, grow and heal through Equine Assisted Services.

Black Tooth Brewing Company and John Rotellini have long histories with Wyoming and are proud to celebrate the Equality State.
Sheridan Wyoming’s iconic and decorated brewery is located at the base of the majestic Big Horn Mountains in the heart of the wild west. The Black Tooth Brewing Company is dedicated to creating fun, unique, award winning craft beer and have been doing so for over a decade.
With a humble beginning starting in November of 2010, Black Tooth opened its Taproom doors and brewery with only a 10 BBL brewhouse. This small beginning for Black Tooth quickly led way to future expansions, and in the spring of 2015 the completion of a multi-million dollar production facility capable of producing upwards of 50,000 BBLS a year.
This vision of being a leader in creating quality craft beer in the Rocky Mountain region has now become a reality. Black Tooth has three of its flagship beers, Saddle Bronc Brown, Bomber Mountain Amber and Hot Streak IPA, as well as multiple seasonal offerings including Copper Mule Ginger/Lime Cream Ale and Quick Draw Hazy IPA all of which are available in 6-Pack cans and draught throughout Wyoming as well as parts of South Dakota, Montana and Nebraska.
Within the taproom doors in both Sheridan and Cheyenne you will find relaxing yet vivacious tasting rooms where locals and travelers alike can enjoy a fresh pint, from a wide range of styles. So if you’re just passing through, or catching up with familiar faces be sure you stop and grab a 6-pack or pint at a local watering hole and #DrinkTheWest!

The Cowboy State is known for being a place where people help one another. Black Tooth Brewing Co. and John Rotellini are proud to support CHAPS.
Originally established as an Adaptive Riding Program to serve children and adults with special needs, CHAPS is a Premier Accredited Center with the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH), a global authority and advocate for equine-assisted activities and therapies that inspire and enrich the human spirit. Over the years their program has expanded to offer Adaptive Carriage Driving, Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning. Their participants now include, not only individuals, but also groups of Veterans from the Sheridan VA Medical Center, Veterans' Home of WY, Volunteers of America and at-risk youth from Sheridan School District #2.
The benefits of human-horse interaction have been well known for many years. Equine Assisted Services can be highly rewarding and works on several different levels. It can be a physical benefit, for example, riders can build core strength, increase flexibility and improve balance. On a mental-emotional level, working with the horses can help people achieve emotional growth and learning.
Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy sessions are a collaborative effort between a licensed clinical therapist and an equine professional who work directly with participants and the horses. Activities are all experiential and metaphorical; each activity has a written goal and objectives. The purpose of these sessions is to reduce emotional reactivity, anxiety and depression as well as improve coping, relationship and communication skills.
Their professional staff and volunteers work closely with clients to ensure safe lessons and increase confidence. Every effort is made to ensure safety of the client, horse, volunteers and staff. CHAPS' instructors have a strong equine background, as well as an understanding of various disabilities. Each staff member earns a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education per year. Their staff is comprised of outstanding individuals with a heart to help people.
